Hotel Esperides’ cuisineIn the area of the hotel’s swimming pool there is a Cretan traditional tavern, where from time to time BBQ nights are being organized, with live Cretan or folk music, plenty of wine and raki, which we produce, and much fun.
In the main restaurant of the hotel you can enjoy your breakfast and dinner, prepared by us every day in the hotel with special care and traditional ingredients, which we produce, such as olive oil, olives, wine, raki, oranges and fresh vegetable from our garden, which is located next to the hotel.
Breakfast –of which we are proud- consists of filter coffee, tea, fresh orange juice made by oranges we produce, freshly baked bread by the village’s bakery, butter, homemade jams, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and omelet, freshly baked, homemade, traditional pies, homemade cake, yoghurt, muesli, tomatoes, olives and various fruits (depending on the season). Breakfast is served between 8:00-10:30 am. Buffet style dinner is served between 7:30-9:00 pm. The owner of the hotel Mrs. Popi Pantelakis, who is also in charge of the hotel’s kitchen, guarantees you the quality of all the above. |
